Last night I went to see the movie Madagascar 2, which was just as, if not more funny, than the first one. The penguins, unsurprisingly, were my favorite characters. If any of you have seen it already, my favorite part was when the penguin pulled out the switchblade knife. I laughed for like three minutes in the theatre, but pretty much everyone else did the same thing too, so . . . I got away with it.
Also, before the movie, I saw a trailer for the movie The Tale of Despereaux, which looks okay, but I don't remember the book being anything similar to what the trailer depicted it as. But whatever. I also realized halfway through the trailer that the princess was voiced by Emma Watson, who plays Hermione in the Harry Potter films. Other celebrities in the movie include Matthew Broderick, Dustin Hoffman, and Robbie Coltrane, which I thought was pretty sweet.
