Okay, this is why I love America. A 72-year-old woman named Bernice Gallego found an old baseball card in her basement in a box of old collectibles. She obviously didn't need it, so she put it on eBay up for auction with a starting bid of 10 dollars.

Oh yeah, and the card was made in 1869, with an estimated value of $100,000.

Once the bids started sky-rocketing, she figured she should stop the bidding and sell it to someone with BIG bucks.

Yeah, but it just seems like something that would happen in America, xD. Isn't that hysterical? My dad totally died laughing.
